Is there the entertainment in the hotel?
For the joy of parents and children, during the winter and peak summer season, the Miniclub “7 Dwarfs” is available free of charge from Monday to Saturday from 3 p.m. to 10 p.m. with professional entertainers. Our game room is always open for the enjoyment of the little ones. Upon request, you will receive a list of babysitters that you can contact if needed.
Can I recharge my electric car?
Of course, there are six electric charging columns at our facility.

Does the hotel have a gym?
There is a gym with state-of-the-art equipment at your disposal, open daily from 9:00 am to 10:00 pm. Use of the gym is reserved for hotel guests and is free of charge.
Is it possible to have a back-up room available in the afternoon on the day of departure after a bike ride?
All our guests will have access to a locker room, a locker and the opportunity to shower directly in the wellness area (subject to availability).
Is it possible to use your parking space even after check-out?
Of course! In case you still want to go around in or nearby Bormio, you can take advantage of our convenient parking lot a stone's throw from the center for as long as you need it.
Is it possible to rent electric mountain bikes and road bikes?
There are 2 stores within walking distance from our facility where you will find quality road bikes and electric mountain bikes for rent, but we strongly suggest you to book them well in advance, especially for peak season periods.
Are there any easy walks in the vicinity of our facility?
Of course! There are walking routes to suit all preferences, from the village bike path along the river to forest walks and trails for the more adventurous.

Where is the Miramonti Park Hotel located****?
The hotel is only 150 meters from the center of Bormio and 400 meters from the Valtellina trail ( bike/pedestrian path that connects Bormio to neighboring towns).
How far are the ski lifts?
The ski lifts are 700 meters from the hotel, and can be reached with our free private shuttle in just 3 minutes.
Are pets allowed?
Pets are welcome! Your 4-legged friend has open access to all areas of the hotel, except for the SPA.
There will also be provided a comfortable pet house and a bowl for your pet.

Is there a dog-sitting service?
If you need someone to care for your dog so you can fully enjoy your vacation in Bormio, we can provide you with a list of dog walkers to choose from.
Where can I park my car?
Our hotel has two convenient free outdoor parking lots and also one covered parking lot subject to a fee. On arrival, however, we suggest that you go to our reception at the facility to receive the correct directions on where to park your car.
Do you have wi-fi connection?
Of course, you can connect for free throughout the facility by taking advantage of a 100 Mbps connection.
How many types of rooms are there?
Our hotel has 4 types of rooms:
- The Comfort rooms (some of them are also arranged for people with walking problems)
- The Superior rooms
- Deluxe Double rooms
- Deluxe triple family rooms that can accommodate up to 4 people (some of them feature 2 separate rooms, they are the most suitable for families with children)
What are the times of the ski lifts?
The ticket office is open from 8:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m., and ski passes can be purchased directly at the hotel during the winter period.

Is it possible to choose the room based on the photos?
If a particular room caught your eye, please send us a screenshot of the photo to check its availability; we will be very happy to meet all your requests. You can view the photo gallery for each room type when making your reservation.
Do you have Sky in the rooms?
All of our rooms are equipped with SKY Channels. The service is free and you can choose your favorite channel. Sports channels are available also for live soccer matches, children's channels and many other programs to satisfy all our guests' interests.
Can a travel box bed for younger children be added to the double rooms?
Almost all of our double rooms have the space to add a comfortable, little travel cot for a small additional charge.
Is it possible to add a bed in double rooms?
In some cases, an additional bed can be added to rooms with larger square footage for a small extra fee.
Are rooms with wood flooring available?
Not all of our rooms have wood flooring, so we suggest you specify your preference when you make your reservation, we will try to meet your needs according to our availability. Comfort rooms all have carpeted flooring, except one.
Do you have a coffee maker and kettle in the rooms?
There is a kettle with complimentary herbal teas in all rooms, but no coffee machine is available. Our guests can use the bar service at the Hall of the hotel for all desired coffee products.
Do all the rooms have mountain view?
All of our rooms have mountain view, and clearly the rooms on the higher floors have a better view. Our hotel is located in a strategic spot that allows excellent views of the surrounding mountains, which is why it is the Miramonti Park Hotel****
Can the rooms have separate beds?
Of course! You can request the preparation of double or twin beds in all our rooms.
What time is the room available?
We guarantee our rooms from 3:00 p.m.; however, rooms are often available by the very early afternoon. If your room was not occupied the night before, on the day of your arrival, you would find the room already available from early morning.
What time should I leave the room on the day of departure?
We kindly request that the room be vacated by 10:30 a.m.

Do all rooms have the balcony?
Not all of our rooms have the balcony: consequently, we encourage you to specify your preferences regarding the room you have booked and carefully read their features when making your reservation.
What are the Deluxe rooms like?
Our Deluxe rooms can be double or triple family rooms with 4 beds (these can have a single space or the living area separated from the sleeping area). Those who book this type will have a choice between the modern design room, traditional alpine style, or located on the top floor with exposed wooden beams. Features for modern Design Deluxe room are: wooden floor, shower, and balcony. Features for traditional alpine-style Deluxe room are: carpet, balcony, whirlpool tub (most) or shower. Features for Deluxe double room with exposed beams are: carpet, whirlpool tub and no balcony. Features for Deluxe triple room with exposed beams are: wooden floor, whirlpool tub or shower, and no balcony (only 1 of these has the panoramic terrace). In case no special room features are explicitly requested, you will be assigned the best room according to our availability.

How are the cancellation policies?
Cancellation is free of charge until the 6th day prior to arrival (the day of arrival is not included in the count and it is possible to cancel free of charge until 11:59 p.m. of the 6th day prior to arrival). In case of cancellation or change after the specified deadline, but also in case of no-show, your credit card will be charged the cost of the first night. If the reservation was made directly with us (thus not from external channels such as Booking.com) in some specific cases the possibility of recovery related to the amount of the penalty charged will be evaluated.
What is the difference between a reservation from booking and a direct reservation over the phone or from our official website?
Guests who book directly with us will get the discounted departure rate compared to the Booking portal and will have a complimentary welcome drink*. In addition, in case of cancellation after the free deadline, more flexibility will be applied regarding the penalty amount.

I want to give a gift to friends, but I want them to decide the date, do you have some solutions?
In the minishop section, within our website, you can purchase a gift voucher of the amount you want to give as a gift to your loved ones. If you need to give a gift voucher with various services included, you will find other options available again in the minishop section. These vouchers have limitations that are stated in the product description, which we encourage you to read carefully before purchasing.
I want to give as a gift a stay on dates already decided, is it possible to have a gift voucher?
In case you already know the desired period, we can proceed with a reservation that can be paid in advance; a gift card will then be issued indicating the reservation reference and any dedications or personalized phrases chosen by you.

What is on the menu?
Our kitchen staff offers an à la carte menu with a selection of traditional Valtellina cuisine and some classic Italian dishes. Moreover, daily, our Chef prepares an additional 4-course menu to satisfy the tastes of all our guests who choose half board.
What are the meal times?
Buffet breakfast is served from 7:30 to 10:30 a.m. (in the summer period and upon request it is possible to have early breakfast; in that case the choice of available products will be reduced). Dinner is served from 7:00 p.m. to 9:30 p.m.
Are gluten-free products and/or vegan dishes available at dinner?
Although our kitchen does not have a dedicated part for preparing gluten-free products, our Chef is fully capable of accommodating these requests.
In addition to the availability of gluten-free pasta for the most severe intolerances, our staff can propose you specific food, including meat dishes, depending on the availability of the kitchen.
Our culinary proposal always includes choices suitable for vegans, vegetarians, and for those with lactose intolerance for both breakfast and dinner.

Is the restaurant always open?
Our restaurant is open during the summer and winter seasons for dinner. During off-season periods, our facility has bed and breakfast, but we will provide you with a list of the best restaurants in Bormio (most within walking distance) to allow you to better plan ahead.
Do you offer a children-friendly menu?
Our Chef will make every effort to accommodate the needs about the dishes for our little guests. Upon arrival, please inform us of any specific requests and/or food intolerances.

Drinks at dinner time and products in the in-room minibar are subject to a fee.

What are the SPA times?
Our SPA The Flower Wellness & Beauty is open from 10 a.m. until 9 pm. Until 3 p.m. you can only use the indoor pool and outdoor wood sauna. From 3 p.m. to 9 p.m. all SPA services are open.
How is the SPA?
Our SPA features an indoor pool with water heated to 29°C, whirlpool beds and cervical waterfall, an invigorating outdoor whirlpool with water heated to 38°C, a Bio sauna with park view, an evocative Finnish sauna in a cave, a steam bath with scented essential oils, a panoramic wood-fired sauna located in our park, ice-emotion for a beneficial and invigorating thermal shock, sensory showers with aroma and chromotherapy, “relax corner” and herbal teas.
Is the bathrobe provided?
If you chose the rate including spa admission, you would find a soft bathrobe and comfortable slippers in your room. In case you did not include the spa when making your reservation, you will have the option of renting the kit by picking it up directly at the reception desk of our wellness center in the basement.
Can I use the pool on the day of departure?
To finish your stay at its best, even after you have vacated your room, you will have the opportunity to access our indoor pool with whirlpool and cervical waterfall and use the outdoor wood-fired sauna until 3 p.m. Showers with aroma and chromotherapy, relaxation corner and herbal tea corner will also be at your disposal. Inside the wellness area is a locker room, locker and shower that you can use based on availability.

Do you have Discounts for QC Terme di Bormio?
Our guests are entitled to a 10% discount for admissions from Monday to Thursday, excluding long weekends and holidays
Is it necessary to book for entrance to the Bagni Vecchi or Bagni Nuovi in Bormio?
Reservations are mandatory. In order to avoid not finding availability we suggest to book the entrance immediately after booking the room, especially during peak periods such as weekends, long weekends and holidays.
Is it possible to access the QC Terme with children?
Unfortunately, QC Terme Bagni Vecchi and Bagni Nuovi do not allow children under the age of 14. We recommend that families opt for the Terme di Bormio, where there are pools for little children, water games and water slides.
